best sourdough recipe

I have been using Maurizios beginner sourdough recipe for years! This week I finally decided I was ready to level up and try my hand at his “BEST SOURDOUGH RECIPE”. I have to admit. It lived up to they hype.

This had to be the softest sourdough I have made to date. If you are ready to up your game, I would highly recommend it!
